Mission: Hannah’s House seeks to provide a loving and safe community-supported home for young girls ages 11-21 awaiting foster care placement or transitioning out of foster care to increase their self-reliance, provide guidance, education, and opportunity in life.

OUR GOAL is to provide young girls with physical, emotional, and spiritual tools to overcome life’s challenges in an honest, authentic, and loving environment that gives each girl hope and diminishes doubt.

The reason behind the name: In the Bible, Hannah perseveres even through God’s silence. She never stopped praying, she had faith that God had the power to help her. She never doubted God. After years of praying for the same thing, many of us would have given up; but Hannah did not. She was devout and persistent in her prayers and God finally answered her prayers. Hannah demonstrated never to give up and to hold strong to the promises of God, and to praise God for his wisdom and kindness.

John 14:18I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.”
